iPhone Boot Logos
Instructions for getting animated bootlogos (from http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=333593):Obviously, make sure BootLogo is installed from Cydia.
You can either use the default bootlogos, or make your own. Here's how to make your own:
Create a folder and name it whatever you wish. Create your image(s), and name them 0.png (first image to be seen), 1.png (second image) and so forth. Place them in the created folder. You can have as many images as you want in the folder, just make sure you name them correctly.
Retina devices: 640x960
IMAGES MUST BE IN .PNG FORMAT.
Once you have your folder and images all ready, SSH into your device using WinScp or Cyberduck and navigate to "Library/BootLogos" and drop you folder containing your bootlogo(s) to that directory.
Open your settings and you will see a section called "BootLogo". Select it, and you will see the name of the BootLogo you created. If not, simply reboot/respring and it should appear.
Select your bootlogo, and the next time you reboot, you will see it.
You will see the regular Apple logo at first, just wait a few seconds and you'll see yours.
There is also a directory for bootlogos in "System/Library/Bootlogos". Don't use that directory, As I don't think it works.
